Deuteronomy 31:8 – “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

Hello, it’s Vic Johnson and this is your Monday Morning Spirit Spark.
You ever walk into a new week feeling unsure?
Maybe something ahead feels heavy — an unknown, a hard conversation, a decision you’re not ready for.
And you think, I’m going to have to figure this out.
But here’s the truth: You’re not the first one on the scene.
Deuteronomy 31:8 reminds us:
“The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
That means God doesn’t just show up when you call. He’s already been where you’re going.
Before your Monday even started, He was there.
Before the meeting, the diagnosis, the tension, the transition —
He already walked it.
And He didn’t just go ahead — He stayed with you in it.
We like to think faith means being brave. But real faith is knowing you’re not walking in blind.
You don’t have to map out the whole path. You just have to trust the One who already knows the way.
>“Lord, thank You for going before me. For being in every detail I can’t yet see. Help me walk through this week knowing I’m never alone — and never without direction.”
That’s your Spirit Spark for today:
You may not know what’s ahead, but you know Who’s already there.
And that’s worth waking up for.
